Patients are often able to remove medication or prevent surgeries by selecting Dr. Howard Brown as their chiropractor. Chiropractic provides a natural approach to boosting your health.

In 2017, Dr. Brown was named a TopDoc by Hudson Valley Parent magazine and, in 2018, Brown Chiropractic Associates was chosen as a finalist for Best in the Hudson Valley by the Hudson Valley Magazine.  His success is based on the principle of caring for patients the way he would want to be cared for.  With chiropractic treatment, Dr. Brown can provide an adjustment technique that is suitable for each patient.  Healing methods can be gentile or, if you prefer, aggressive.  He's skilled with methods of a hands-on Diversified adjustment, using an instrument called Activator, and even having a specialized table using a Thompson Drop technique. Another award was received in 2008,  "The Top Forty Under 40 Award" from Chamber of Commerce.  Serving our community outside of the office is valuable.  As a founder of a the charity event, "Wappingers Family Fun Day", he raised over $35,000 with all proceeds donated. Charities have included Autism Awareness, Challenger Division of LL Baseball, Epilepsy Foundation, March of Dimes, our Volunteer Fire Fighters and more.
