For over 50 years, Brown Chiropractic has served the Hudson Valley for conditions of pain management and wellness care.  We care for conditions such as neck pain, back pain, sciatica, headaches and even TMJ.  Our family practice is designed for patients seeking relief or looking for wellness care.  Whether you feel a condition is localized to your spine, or more severe and radiating to arms or legs, Brown Chiropractic will present you with a best option to correct pain. Patients are often able to remove medication or prevent surgeries by selecting Dr. Howard Brown as their chiropractor. Chiropractic provides a natural approach to boosting your health.

For chiropractic care, Dr. Brown cares for patients in methods that can be gentile or forceful.  Spinal correction techniques may be by the hands-on Diversified adjustment, using the Activator Instrument or with a Thompson Drop adjusting table.  He also provides exceptional experience.  Since he is the son of a chiropractor, Dr. Brown has learned health benefits of chiropractic throughout his whole life!  His father, Dr. Richard Brown, started our office in 1967.  Brown Chiropractic has helped thousands of families get positive results with chiropractic care.

Dr. Brown is proud to be an award winning chiropractor. He has been named a 2017-18 TopDoc by Hudson Valley Parent magazine .  He has also received "The Top Forty Under 40 Award" from Chamber of Commerce.  Serving our community outside of the office is valuable.  As a founder of a the charity event, "Wappingers Family Fun Day", he raised over $35,000 with all proceeds donated. Charities have included Autism Awareness, Challenger Division of LL Baseball, Epilepsy Foundation, March of Dimes, our Volunteer Fire Fighters and more.

Our office is conveniently located at the borders of Wappingers Falls and Poughkeepsie. It is 3 miles east of Poughkeepsie Galleria, near the Dutchess County Airport.

Dr. Brown is a provider for most health insurance companies in our area.  For patients without insurance, Dr. Brown has fees to make care affordable.
