Phase 2 : Rehab Care

Teaming Up for Optimal Health

Chiropractic Maintenance and Wellness

The Rehab phase builds stability and support for the relief you have gained.  Most chiropractors regard the elimination of symptoms as the easiest part of caring for a patient.  If all that the chiropractor does is to reduce the pain and stop there, the chances of the condition recurring are much greater.

In the second phase of care, the goal is to help you gain more spinal stability.  Dr. Brown works with patients by instructing home exercises and healthy habits that will apply specifically to your life at home or work.  Gradually, the body accepts the corrections more and overall health improves.  Ultimately, Rehab Phase leads to a reduction in frequency of chiropractic visits and you may do more exercises and stretches at home to help stabilize better health.
